Short Courses/ Advanced Workshops/ Internships

TreeYo Permaculture offers a variety of Short Courses/ Advanced Workshops/ Extended Internships as to facilitate learning beyond the PDC and deepen the knowledge base, both practically and theoretically, for students.  These courses and workshops are custom designed to suit the needs and goals of the host site and local area blended with specific curriculum.  Each one is different but can range from evening lectures, day-long conferences, to multi-day residential introductory, and more extended advanced courses. We also several week or month internships that either facilitate the PDC in an extended time period or an advanced internships that goes beyond the PDC curriculum.   Some of the topics for courses and workshops that we offer are:

LANDSCAPE DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT like Food Forests and Non Timber Forest Products

SOIL focused topics like Soil Biology, Composting, Compost Extracts, & Vermiculture

TREEYO HOLISTIC DEVELOPMENT MODEL: The internship is a blend of all of the above topics and uses this model for the curriculum building
